has been a while since our last issue, so a belated Happy New
Year to everyone and a warm welcome to our new readers.
This month, I have news of another HP Charity Auction, this
time of portraits taken at the Sundance Film Festival last
month. I'll also introduce you to some blogs that I've been
enjoying lately. And of course, a round-up of some posts from
the Marketing Roadmaps blog.

HP Charity Auction to benefit Habitat for
Humanity
As Roadsigns readers know, last fall I helped HP
promote a charity auction of signed celebrity portraits. Well,
we are right in the middle of the second
HP
Charity Auction. The photos in this auction, which
benefits Habitat
for Humanity, were taken at the Sundance Film Festival
last month.
There are some really great photos in this auction,
including three Academy Award nominees -- Catherine Keener
(pictured with Jennifer Aniston, who also signed the
portrait), Matt Dillon and Terrence Howard; some great
musicians, including a rare picture of THE POLICE all together
at a dinner in Park City; and the cast of the film Alpha Dog,
which stars Justin Timberlake and Emile Hirsch and is getting
excellent reviews.

The auction started February 6th and ends February

Check it out and spread the word. The more people who
know about the auction, the more money we will raise for
Habitat for Humanity.
