2) AMEN to how you&#039;ve described community building and engagement. I like the fact that the first question you&#039;re asking companies to ask themselves is, &quot;can we commit to a long term strategy.&quot; Too many times, I&#039;ve seen companies -- many of which whom tend to take more of a short-term campaign approach -- build an extravagant social microsite, only to rip it down months later as tumbleweeds blow through.
