Just what we didn’t need — another blog popularity contest. Technorati now publishes a list of the top 100 “most favorited” blogs.<\/A> <\/FONT><\/DIV>

Oh well, at least this time, they’ve ‘fessed up that it IS just a popularity contest. <\/FONT><\/DIV>
<\/FONT> <\/DIV>
What will be really interesting will be to watch how closely the two popularity lists (unique site links and most favorited) track to each other over time. Already look pretty close in some areas \ud83d\ude42<\/FONT><\/DIV>
<\/FONT> <\/DIV>
Because remember – the unique site links is what they use to calculate “Technorati authority.” <\/FONT><\/DIV>
