Our Work

HP (Hewlett Packard)
We worked with HP from 2005 until 2008 when it brought most of its social media initiatives in-house. We developed and executed a blogger outreach program for the launch of the HP Photo Books (Fall 2007). We also handled blogger and online community outreach for HP’s charity auctions of celebrity photos from the 2005 Toronto Film Festival and 2006 Sundance Film Festival. For Sundance 2006, we developed the Backstage at Sundance blog, trained the on-site bloggers and served as blog editor.

GuideMark
We have served as GuideMark’s outsourced marketing department since 2005.

360 Public Relations
We provide social media consulting services to the agency and some of its clients.

Santorini Consulting
We developed the firm’s blog Compensation Architect.

LaVigne Media

Meal Makeover Moms
We developed the Meal Makeover Moms’ Kitchen blog. We also advised the Moms on a strategy to introduce the new blog to their community including the creation of the Healthy Meal with Kid Appeal award.

Exit Planning Exchange
We developed the original website and blog for this professional association for exit planning professionals. We also provided marketing communications support during its launch year.

Massachusetts Family Business Awards
We developed the organization’s website.

Maxwell Street Documentary
We supported the marketing communications effort for the documentary films Electrified: The Story of the Maxwell Street Urban Blues and Cheat You Fair: The Story of Maxwell Street including media and blogger outreach, web site development and management, and event planning. We also developed the blog Notes of the Urban Blues.

Caras Training

Software Secure

Bid4Assets
Bid4Assets is an online auction marketplace for high value assets like real estate, jewelry and rare collectibles that demand the marketing support and customer service of a top notch auction house combined with the broad national reach of an online site. We assisted the company with its corporate positioning, messaging and communications.

CamelBak
We did blogger outreach for the soft-launch of the company’s Sustainable Hydration Project in October 2007.

PistolStar
PistolStar is a developer of password management solutions. We helped the company with a customer marketing program and a home page revision, including a substantial re-write of key copy.

Spec.-Ops. Brand
Spec.-Ops. Brand designs and manufactures tactical nylon gear for the military and law enforcement. We supported the company’s marketing communications efforts until the function was brought in-house and also developed the site navigation and copy for its Web site.

SurfControl RiskFilter
Created a global launch program for RiskFilter in Fall 2004. This was SurfControl’s first major new product in two years. Stretched a small budget to cover all launch ads in publications in the U.S. and the U.K., and the creation of a web site that compelled prospects to product trial and purchase.

SurfControl Channel Marketing Program
Grew channel sales by 164% in two years by redefining the channel program and executing it globally (2002-2004). Program was re-launched in 2002 with a global webcast featuring SurfControl’s CEO, an IDC analyst, a reseller customer and Susan Getgood, then SVP Marketing for SurfControl, followed by a global Partners in Security roadshow tour. The relaunched program included a revamped Channel website, including a secure area for resellers. Content areas included marketing resources, sales tools, pricing information, Powerpoint presentations, sales training materials, and templates for marketing programs and advertising.

Cyber Patrol
Launched the Cyber Patrol brand in 1995 and established it as the #1 Web filter used by families and schools worldwide, and by AOL, AT&T, CompuServe, Novell and others to protect their customers. Developed a business plan that led to its sale to JSB/SurfControl for $100 million in 2000.
